My Lola celebrated her 73rd birthday in April. She doesn’t look her age. Really! Well, aside from her vitamins, she makes it a point to exercise every morning and eat a well balanced diet to keep fit. One of her exercises is ballroom dancing. She said that older people like her should not feel weak and contented doing nothing at home. There are a lot of things to do, to be a useful and contributing members of the society. She is also a member of a community group sponsoring projects and helping people who are needy. Hats off to you Lola. May you have many more birthdays to come.
